Calling All Artisans, Crafters, and Vineyards

July 28th, 2012

We are looking for people who would be interested in setting up a booth at our Fall Fest (details below). We are a family owned and run business that prides itself on good local food and activities. This is the 6th year now and our event keeps getting bigger. We offer pick-your-own pumpkins, music, food, petting zoo, corn maize and much more. We pass out over 1,500 detailed flyers and have over 1,300 Facebook fans that we market to for this event. We have an average of about 500 people visit our farm on a single day. We would like to add a great selection of local artisans, crafters, and vineyards for customers to buy from, and that’s where you come in.

We would like to know if you are interested in setting up a booth for any of the below dates/times:

Oct 6 – Saturday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 7 – Sunday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 13 – Saturday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 14 – Sunday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 20 – Saturday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 21 – Sunday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 27 – Saturday – 10am – 5:30pm

Oct 28 – Sunday – 10am – 5:30pm

We would like to have you loaded in before 10am. You can come as early as you want or even the day before to leave your stuff.

You will need to bring a tent (if you want one), tables and chairs. We will supply electric/water if needed.

We charge $10 a day or $15 a weekend to set up for artisans and crafters.

We charge $25 a day or $40 a weekend to set up for vineyards.

If you are interested in selling your items but can’t commit your time to be there, we can sell your items in our store at a 15% commission. We require you to set up items in the given space and make sure things are clearly marked with your name and price so we can document the items sold.

If you have any questions feel free to email us at neltner2@yahoo.com

It sure has been an interesting year. Between 100 degree days and lack of rain it has been a challenge. However we have been able to offer a fantastic line up of produce to you this year. Be sure to visit one of our markets or the farm stand for any of the freshest produce in town.

You will find:

  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Onions
  • Peaches
  • Peppers
  • Squash
  • Eggplant

Also be sure to check out Claire’s Kitchen Homegrown Goods. Mom has been hard at work making jams, jellies, and pickles.

It is a great way to taste summer all year long.
